The gender principle in law as a guarantee of equality in legal regulation

The development of modern Ukraine on the basis new forms social relations between sexes must be carried out in accordance with world universal standards human rights and equality sexes. article defines need for a more specific view gender equality. Using historical approach different theoretical methods, attempts to systematize knowledge about feminism, gender, transgender, opportunities people. contains an analysis discrimination violence ways overcoming them. study focuses legal aspects equal both international acts Ukrainian legislation. paper studied how politics, economics spheres was being developed. Measures taken ensure distribution family responsibilities, ensuring reduction pay gap, were analyzed. main areas guaranteed by domestic law identified as follows: access management positions, labor market participation, elimination occupational segregation, based unpaid time off, etc. priorities state policy last 5 years investigated.
